Rainforests benefit the climate every day, capturing carbon from the atmosphere and locking it up in soils, trunks, and branches. Protecting rainforests now saves time and money amid an urgent, worldwide crisis.
How does One Tribe protect rainforest?
One Tribe connects Makondo Pets directly to rainforest protection charities through the platform so every sale can directly donate and protect rainforests and the indigenous tribes and biodiversity that call them home. The rainforest charities then fund on-the-ground projects to save and continually protect the land.
How are the funds distributed?
Every month One Tribe collects payments from Makondo Pets who are protecting rainforests with their business and customers. One Tribe then distributes 100% of the donation to rainforest protection charities to continue the protection of threatened rainforests.
These funds are distributed to the relevant conservation teams to continue the protection of threatened rainforests.
